Economic Development Message
The Legislature should approve a comprehensive greater Minnesota economic development plan, such as the governor’s proposed Strategic Entrepreneurial Economic Development program. High priority should be given to funding the Greater Minnesota Business Development Public Infrastructure Grant program and a tax incentive program to spur investment in regional venture capital funds in greater Minnesota.
